File conversion

Anyone out there very tech savvy with the Samsung Galaxy S8, know how I  can convert a file from read only to "write on pdf" so that I may sign a document that I downloaded from my bank's website to forward to a company for direct deposit, because I don't have a printer to do this...

Assistance with this, IF, this is even possible on a smartphone, would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi Kitter, as suggested by mryesman686, you can use that app and also check for any such similar apps in Playstore.
