Hey everyone,

I know this has been posted here before but none of their solutions worked for me, I have a Galaxy S21. My service provider confirmed Wi-Fi calling is available on my plan, I spoke with Samsung and the girl I spoke to was no help. I've reset network settings, reset my device, removed my SIM and rebooted then shut off and re-inserted it, nothing. I downloaded VoWIFI and that didn't work, just to clarify, it is not in my main settings, phone settings or notification panel, I've searched for it as well.

I'm not sure what to do, my service at home is terrible and I need my phone for my job hence why I need Wi-Fi calling enable ASAP. Samsung told me to talk to my provider, my provider told me to speak to Samsung. I am on Bell in Canada and never had issues with it on my S20, now that I've upgraded I've lost this feature.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Here what my carrier say: «Have a VoLTE SIM card and the VoLTE option enabled in your account.»

Made a reseach : How to activate the Wi-Fi calling feature on Samsung's

When you turn on the Wi-Fi calling feature, you can make calls through your phone's Wi-Fi network connection. For this function to work, your phone must be connected to a Wi-Fi network and an active SIM card must be inserted.

Note: This feature may not be available depending on the country and carrier.

Step 1. Open the Phone app, then tap the More options icon (the three vertical dots).

Step 2. Select the Settings menu.

Step 3. Find and press the button to activate the Wi-Fi calling feature.

Hi, If possible, try with a different carrier on the phone and see if you still have the same issue with Wi-Fi calling, If it works fine with another carrier then it might be an issue from Bell. If you have the same issue with a different carrier, we suggest you to get the phone examined by the service technician to fix it.
