Hi)

I am having an issue with the file transfer. My phone is s21 Ultra 5G and the laptop is Alienware R3 with a Type-C(Thunderbolt 3) port. When I am trying to transfer some files, around 5GB, from the phone to the laptop via the type c cable that comes with the phone, it shows like 35 minute transfer time and copying really slowly. I am wondering if it's meant to be like that or there is something I can do. Thanks in advance for any help))

That's very slow. Don't know offhand what the problem would be. Could be the cable. Could be the port or it's configuration.

Hi Ashot89, Transfer Content with Samsung Smart Switch Note: Samsung Smart Switch lets you seamlessly transfer all your content from one device to another. And you can even transfer from other Android, iOS, Windows, or Blackberry devices.

Transfer Content with Wi-Fi: First, make sure the Smart Switch app is installed on both devices. Then, place the phones within 4 inches of each other. Launch Smart Switch on both devices. If it's your first time using it, tap Agree, and then allow the different permissions. Tap Send data on the old devices, tap Receive data on the new devices, and then tap Wireless on both the devices. On your new devices, you may have to select the type of your old devices. Next, complete the connection by tapping Allow on the old device. On your new device, choose the content you want to move, and then tap Transfer. Once the transfer is complete, tap Done on the new device.
