I am looking to change a behavior on my phone, specifically, if my phone is locked and I see a notification and swipe down, it displays the full settings panel. Instead I want it to show what I see when I have an unlocked phone - that is the mini panel and any notifications that are waiting.
Hi, please try these steps and see if it solves the issue.
settings > wallpaper and style > click the preview of your lock screen > then click the section of notification widgets > you can then change it to show details of the notification.
Try swiping down from the left side of the screen, then from the right side. For me the left side gives the quick notifications and the right side gives me the full page of quick settings.
