Galaxy A21 SIM Tray Replacement

I have a brand new Galaxy A21 (SM-A215W) but have somehow lost the Sim tray. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement one? I have tried Samsung directly, Amazon, Ebay, all with no success. Similar models like the A21s don't fit as I've already tried them. Any help would be great as I don't want to use this $360 phone as a paperweight just for this Sim tray.

Unfortunately this only seems to have a parts listing up to the GS8. nothing current. Thanks anyway though

That one is for an A21s. I've tried one of those before but no luck. Must be a slightly different model.

Even though they have a reputation for being slightly useless (I've heard) maybe try Samsung Support Canada Chat. They *SHOULD* be able to track one down for you, and save you some of the legwork? 🤞

Yeah, I tried that, but they directed me to a third party parts dealer. When I called them, they said they didn't have parts for that device.

Yeah, it's crazy to me that I can't just purchase this part from Samsung themselves.

the only difference I see is the dual sim it should still work. could it be possible that your putting the sim in the wrong spot since yours isn't dual sim?
