Galaxy S10 freezing on lock screen since latest update.

This is very frustrating. Once phone is locked, pressing power button or double tap to get to lock screen is not working. Screen just goes black. Eventually lock screen will come up after 10-15 seconds of it being frozen. Settings for Always On Display and lock screen keep crashing.

I will NOT and I do repeat NOT accept a factory reset as a solution. It is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable that I should have to reset everything and compromise my data because Samsung developers are not doing their job correctly. When will these bugs be fixed for S10? When is the next software update that will fix these issues?

Try clearing the cache partition in recovery and see if it helps.

Hello, today I updated to OneUI 4.1 and I had the same problem. The locked screen was unresponsive. I was listening to a podcast via Bluetooth and that continued fine. I had to reboot using the volume and power button. 

I've had my Samsung S10 Lite for a few years and never had problems. This seems to be a known issue. When will it be fixed?
