Hello, I recently switched to the Galaxy S24 FE, but I’m having trouble using my external DAC (Blon V1, which uses the CS43131 chip).

The DAC works normally on other smartphones, but on the S24 FE it is not consistently detected.

I have already tried disabling “Disable USB audio routing” in Developer Options, turned off USB debugging and restarted the phone.

It could be either:
- software problem
- dac problem

Just to make sure, did you try to connect the dac to the phone via usb cable from s24 fe? You could try connecting it from cold start if it doesnt work (after reboot, immediately connect the dac)

Thanks to your reply..

I’ve already tried using the original USB-C cable that came with the S24 FE, but the result is the same... the DAC is still not detected. I also tried rebooting the phone and connecting the DAC immediately after startup, but unfortunately it didn’t work either.

Since the DAC works normally on other phones, I think the issue might be related to software or compatibility on the S24 FE side.

It's a matter of exynos bro, not dac problems, many people complaining about dac in exynos chipset

Problem solved: turns out I just need to plug the USB-C to C cable into the phone first before connecting the DAC, then it gets detected right away.
