Am I the only one this happened to? I bought my phone case in april with the Galaxy S24 ultra and only started using it in june but the strap broke in august. I was a bit disappointed because the quality was lacking but then I thought Samsung could replace it. The product has been used only for 3 months. But the warranty is only for 90 days? They can't replace it. I bought it in april so the warranty doesn't apply 😢 .
Is it the product or I am the unlucky one that got a defective case 😮💨

It's likely to be poor product. Plenty of highly rated cases on Amazon.

You said the warranty was 90 days, and it failed after 3 months, which = 90 days +-?

Mine is still working really well. They should replace it for you though, if it's only been three months.

Maybe I should have explained to customer service that I only started to use the case in june. I didn't want to be the unreasonable customer and the receipt dates to april so...hard to argue agaist. 😟

We regret to inform you that, for the Cases the warranty period is 90 days. As it is out of warranty unfortunately, it is not possible to replace the case.
