Galaxy S7, re: failed download

I keep getting a message "failed download". There is no way of knowing what the problem is that I can tell. Any help is appreciated!

What sort of application are you trying to download? Is it a downloadable game or an app from the Google Play Store?

Hey @northernboy this message usually comes from trying to download an MMS message (picture via text message) when your Mobile Data is not turned or is not supported in your plan. Can you check to see if that's the case?
