Hi!! I just bought my s23 ultra, i can see the 100$ coupon for the gakaxy store but i can't download it. Can someone tell me why or help me with that please?

Hi there! Are you able to get generate a unique coupon code? If you are, open the Galaxy Store app. Then go to the games category > click the gift icon on the top right corner > click coupons on the top right corner as well > enter the unique coupon code. Voila! $100 off on a single in app purchase.

One thing to keep in mind, if you don't use all of it in the single transaction, you forfeit the rest.

I know lots of people used it on Pokémon Go, Genshin Impact, and Fortnite. I used mine on PUBG, so fun!

The coupon was only available for first 1000 redeems that is what i heard.

Yeah, the first 1,000 coupons must have already been generated. This is part of the terms of the offer:

"This offer is limited to the first 1,000 participants. While quantities last. No rain checks. No substitutions and no cash value. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless specifically agreed to by Samsung. Offer may be cancelled or changed without notice. Offer may be cancelled or changed without notice. Your Galaxy Store Coupon will be individually assigned to you and cannot be transferred."

Keep checking the Members app though. Samsung is known to extend offers.

Yeah, I check the terms at https://www.samsung.com/ca/offer/galaxy-store-S23/ and it doesn't say anything about first 1000 redeems...🤷

Are you sure? Scroll down a little bit where it says Terms and Condition from the link you've reference. It's the first few sentences 😄
