I"m not sure if this is a Bug in Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra or not because it will happened after of Software Update which is weird ! After my phone is rebooted the Galaxy Store App goes error and no network connections even i was both connected and turn on to 5g wifi and my 5g data ! Clearing the cache or wiping cache partition in recovery mode doesn't works ! is anyone know how to troubleshoot this app or the best thing i can do is wait for Software Update for this month.

You could try resetting your network settings (you'll have to setup WiFi connections again if you do so) as well as wiping the system cache partition.

Then I guess you'll have to wait until tomorrow for some Samsung rep to chime in with everything you've tried already and to log a report.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Since you have already tried the adviced troubleshooting steps, please

Check Samsung Account Sync. Galaxy Store relies heavily on your Samsung Account. Go to: Settings > Samsung account > Sync account

Make sure everything is synced properly. If sync fails, try signing out and signing back in (only if you know your credentials).

Also, we recommend you to submit error report using Samsung members app.

Open Samsung Members > Support > Error reports. Select Galaxy Store / Connectivity. Attach screenshot & describe when it started.

Let us know how it goes!

Thank you.

Thank you for your response it is fix already. The issue of Galaxy Store App is the Security Certificates CA ! I don't understand why my phone has 150 security certificates and mixed with the different regions !
