galaxy store loading issue on S23. Uktra

I am having a issue with galaxy store. It open up but doesn't load any content. Everytime I try it gives me 2 error messages 09odc2351000 or 997de6ed015. I tried some trouble shooting steps such as clear data, clear cache, restart the phone, allowed all the permissions but nothing seems to help. I tried updating it but blank screens shows up after a whole. I Uninstaller the updates incase any new update was causing it. I have version 4.5.63.9 installed. Thank You!

Thanks, I have tried them. Last night, they got disconnected in between. I tried again this morning, and they said I should ask in the community. However, it is updated now and partially working. Somehow, it has a network connectivity issue as it is giving me that error message, and other times, it loads everything, but I can not move forward. I am posting the screenshot of it.
