Hi,

How to solve Galaxy S10E boot problem. It can't get after first screen. Please help

Unfortunately I have now my device with zero charging and is unable to charge to get into the point I had before.

Couple of things.

You should have really made your own new post, as jumping into someone else's post, who has a different issue to you, doesn't help you get whatever help you may need, and it's confusing for anyone who is trying to help the person who started this thread.

Secondly, if your device won't charge, & you haven't really explained the issue with your device to anyone.

So maybe start with a new post & provide all the information you have regarding your issues.

I am the same person. As my original phone is damaged. I tried my wife's phone temporarily to get help. Then I returned to my devices acount. Sorry for confusing people in here.
