Gear VR

So I received an email today from Samsung telling me my gear vr is on its way and requires a signature. Awesome!

I pre-ordered two S8+ phones. When they came in I immediately registered them both and logged in on both as per samsungs instructions. My question is, has anyone preorder 2 devices and received both gear vrs in the same shipment from samsung or am I only going to receive one and have to deal with Samsung to get my 2nd gear vr?

have you logged in with the same id on both phone's, if so then you will get only one VR. And if you have registered using different email id then you will get one vr on each id.

Well that sucks. When I pre ordered through bell they only put it through on my name only. They also did all the registration and indicated 2 devices. If I only get one device I'll have to contact Samsung since Bell screwed up the pre registration.

So I received my Gear VR today but only one. I did not get my 2nd VR for my husband's phone. I called samsung tech support who steered me to Samsung promotions. Explained my situation of pre ordering 2 devices but only getting 1 gear vr. They pulled everything up on their computer and escalated my 2nd gear vr for my husband's device to be sent. Thank you Samsung for correcting this quickly and thank you for my promotional VR!!!!!

how long did it take to receive the VR?

Maybe 2 weeks. The day before delivery I got an email with my UPS tracking #. It arrived the very next day.

I still haven't got mine and I preordered and signed into my phone on April 21st..my friend who did it the same day got his already. Would be nice to get some answers
