Hi guys i have seen many threads with bugs coming up on Android 13. Moderators says wipe cache or has no information how to fix it.

If you have tried your best and issue is not getting fix, then reset the device to factory reset.

1. Download Smart Switch for PC
2. Connect with phone and take all the backup, it backup apps, calls, messages, bluthtooth, wifi, settings, storage ,videos, images, documents everything takes about 25-30mins for 120Gb of data in my case as notifications were not coming and nothing worked.

3. Goto settings > general > reset
4. On phone starts, connect with smartswitch PC and restore your data again takes 30mins or so
5. Issue should be fixed.

As it is major upgrade it tends to cause issue sometimes.

ONLY THINGS WHICH IS INCONVENIENT,
1. If you have watch connected,it will reset and reconnect, but you can restore the data make sure you backup.
2. You have to activate your payments cards in google wallet and samsung pay again

I factory reset my phone every year after Android OS upgrade. 😊 Trouble free!

I personally can't remember having to factory reset after an update due to issues. 🤞

I had restarting issues after upgrading to android 13 on my s21 5G

I factory reset and still had endless restarting problems

I noticed I hadn't changed my sim card to the newer sim. I had simply taken old sim on old s10+ phone and installed in S21 5G.

So I decided to activate new sim and restarting issue seems to have stopped
