HELP! I need to recover my voice recordings

Hello everyone! I had to do a factory resent on my phone since I got locked out for an unknown reason.. unfortunately I lost my voice recordings and I really need to recover them. 

Can someone let me know how can I do this?

Have you tried checking the Trash in the My Files app?

Yes, I even restarted my last backup from May... still can't find them 😕

Factory reset erases everything in the device.

A backup either to Samsung Cloud or with Smart Switch should have your recordings on them. Check there to see if they have them.

Hey Dianakarorh, sorry to hear you lost your voice recordings. As said by RobertZ if you have backed-up content you can retrieve them back.

For Samsung Cloud and Google Drive, navigate to the respective section in your device's settings and select the backup you wish to restore.
