To be honest, I never knew Samsung had a whole different app for social media. I really just use my cell for the usual things, such as Facebook, Google, calls,texting, internet etc.

Using or getting a Gmail and Samsung account and syncing under settings/accounts might help 👍

k I got a gmail account and I just started this Samsung account. My meaning from the original comment is, what is this Samsung member group? I have used my smartphone for over 4 years (2 Samsung Galaxy's. 6 and S9) and this is the first I've ever heard of this membership. kinda caught me off guard lol

I thought someone else might mention this but it's also a place to repetitively read about why the update isn't out yet and then the complaints when it Messes with their device 🙃🤙✌️👍
