Seems like this new 25 series has wireless problems since release mainly the latency i receive up to 2000ms on speedtests as well as minor packetloss approximately up to 1.5%

The same happens on data 4G LTE/5G+ NR

Samsung software developers shall fix this problem as it affects web browsing and streaming & gaming. It's extremely frustrating when seeing high latency results.

So far I've tried many combinations to remedy this with no changes.

1. Change SSID from default

2. Change wireless security mode to wpa2 from wpa3

3. Change to a longer or shorter password.

4. Test using no security.

5. Having the phone being the only device connected to the Wi-Fi router and re-running the test only to achieve same results.

6. Entered Wi-Fi intelligent developer mode.to disable all features enabled with same results to latency

7. Disabled Bluetooth & Ultra Wide Band as well as nearby scanning addition to location services. Achieved same results again.

Hi Gptechman,

Thank you for sharing such a detailed overview of the issue we truly appreciate the time you've taken to troubleshoot and outline your findings.

From what you've described, it does seem like the high latency and packet loss on both Wi-Fi and mobile networks could be linked to modem-level issue with the Galaxy S25+.

We strongly encourage you to submit an Error Report via the Samsung Members app right after running a speed test. This will send system logs directly to our engineers and help them investigate the issue more effectively.

Samsung Members > Support > Error reports > Select Network/Wi-Fi > Include details and screenshots if possible.

In the meantime, we recommend ensuring your device is running the latest software.

We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it impacts daily use like browsing, streaming, and gaming. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with the relevant teams.

Please feel free to reach out here if you have any other questions or need help with anything else.

Try Rebooting your Router.

This is a speed test from my place in the countryside.
