the last upgrade is horrible. my phone will ring when a call comes but I cannot see or access the telephone to accept the .call.
The phone keeps logging off every 2 or 3 minutes and It takes 10 attempts to log on.
useless upgrade. please stop. you need to reverse the upgrade.. pathetic work whoever tested it before release.
battery started draining within 3 hours..
never happened before upgrade.

all my apps keep logging off abruptly... phone forgets passwords and I have to relief onto applications

@ALnasir, are you talking about the Oreo Update? if so, have you tried the steps mentioned in the pinned notice about after upgrading to Oreo?

@ALnasir Which device & Update are you talking about? The latest update for the S7 was the March Security Patch - And there's no ill affects...Certainly nothing like what you describe! 🐧

What March Upgrade?! Overnight I went from N-7.1 to 7 & I am positive my Security Patch was 8+ now a 8.0! Any attempt to Upgrade either phone does a shutdown or gets stuck in a loop with the swirling symbol until I have to force it to shutdown! Don't want the Oreo nonsense but I do care about the security updates!! Until March my A5 was great despite the impact Nougat did to memory! 1st Microsoft now Samsung 😡

Yeah what device are you talking about? Your A5? The original post here is tagged S7... So if you're looking for answers about an A5 you're probably out of luck in this Thread.. 🐧

I follow plenty of Android site's already to not worry about my Nokia wannabe now.
Saw the post & just thought how I have not seen a upgrade in awhile regardless of my model of phone/tablet as they are Samsung & this is a place for US the Consumer to be heard by fellow Samsung Owner's at least cause the company itself obviously isn't going to listen

Thanks. Not worried about the update as much as the Security Patches & just interacting with other Samsung Member's. Had enough with Customer service & Tech's 😠

my phone is Samsung s7 edge. an automatic upgrade came in March. Since then I am frustrated trying to even log onto the phone. takes 5 to 10 tries before I get a screen to sign on. I just got disconnected while writing this message. took some time to log back on.
