Did you Pull Down the Notification Panel & Click on the 3 Dot Menu Top Right > Edit Buttons & See if the HotSpot Toggle is available to be added to your QS Tiles?

If not, then you can use adb to add the HotSpot QS Tile to your QS Tiles.

You'll need to download & Install Samsung USB Drivers & Platform-Tools to your computer, and then run the adb command to add the HotSpot Toggle.

Isn't it default functionality that samsung offer?

It should be, but I've heard some other people saying that it wasn't active from the QS Tiles on their devices.

It's available from Settings, but it's obviously more convenient to access it from the QS Tiles.

There was a time a few years ago, that the Mobile Data Toggle was disabled by Samsung Canada, and you had to use adb to enable it, which was absolutely ridiculous. Fortunately that is no longer the case.

Yes, I know that HotSpot is available from Settings, as I said. And of course it's easier to have the HotSpot Toggle  available in the QS Tiles.

You need to use adb to add the HotSpot Toggle if it's not available for you now.

If you add the tile using adb, the next update well erase it. Thanks Samsung.

I know that OTAs did remove the Mobile Data Toggle previously, but I don't remember if I had to add the HotSpot Toggle on my S20 Ultra or not.

BUT if I did, OTAs aren't removing it from my device.
