Ok. So what I understand is that this happens only when using chrome right? Well, these pop-ups are implemented by the advertisement network used in the website you use. You CAN stop them. Here are your two options, with no2 being the absolute best (I use it)
1: Get AdBlock APK for Android. I will post a link shortly if I can if it does not violate any Samsung Members community rule. Remember to never download APKs from random sources as they contain viruses that can push ads everywhere and download dumb apps without your consent.
2 (Best option): Use Samsung Browser. Version 6 has built-in tracker protection and native AdBlock Plus support through extensions available on Samsung Apps (you can download them within the browser itself). It's easier and does not conflict with apps requiring ads to work.

I use the Samsung Browser, it was recently updated as mentioned above, and it works amazing. Dont get me wrong I love Chrome, and that is my default browser on my laptop...but for my phone I have gotten used to the Samsung Browser. Is there a reason you are not using it?
