How do I use RCS on S23+ while traveling abroad?

I am currently in Scotland for a few weeks. In Canada, I use Fido, but am using Airalo for data, while abroad. How do I use RCS in google messages over wifi? I have been using apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, instagram, etc... but have family and friends that use android that have RCS, but I am unable to text them without turning on my roaming.

First it has to be supported by your carrier, then in the Google messaging app you just turn it on!

Yes, as said by T3CHGY007 please check with your carrier if it is supported and then in the Google messages enable the RCS chat feature on your device.
