How to always open the primary rear camera by default when launching the Camera app?

The camera always opens to the last used camera, front or rear, instead of opening the primary rear camera by default.

Yeah, this is not very clear, I would maybe ask for more clarification? I think you have to leave the rear camera when you quit so it is there and ready when you open? Is that the right solution? Not quite sure. Maybe there is another option somewhere else, don't you think? I dunno, maybe, I am just trying to help by giving away suggestions for you.

Unfortunately no. The only thing that you can set as default, is the Camera Mode.

Click on the Camera > Settings > Scroll down to see Settings to Keep, but that doesn't do what you want. It's only the last used mode - ie: Video rather than Photo mode.
