How to Change Samsung Members App from French to English?

Hi All,

I use my device in English, but the (Members) App only works in French! 😫

Is there a solution to this problem? 🤔

In Settings > General Management what is the device language? If French appears here, uninstall it and Reboot.

I don't use French in any setting!

Hi Mrwan,

As suggested by RedDogRabbit, please check Installed Languages: Go to Settings > General Management > Language.

If French appears anywhere in the list, even if it’s not the default: Tap the three dots or hold down on French. Select Remove or Delete.

After removing French, restart your device to make sure the system fully applies the change.

Launch Samsung Members Again. The app should now follow the system's language and display in English.

Hi, my good lock is also in Korean, and i can't turn it in english or french. There's nowhere to manage the app language. I'm running out of ideas for 5 months 😮 💨
I use the S24 Ultra/Canada

What is the model number of your device ie:SM-xxxxx as shown in Settings > About Phone?

In Settings > General Management what languages do you have?

If Korean is there, uninstall it & Reboot. English or French Canada, English UK or US is fine for most settings. 

Some settings seem to require English US to work properly..

I deleted the Korean and everything is working well now. The app went back to english.
