How to disable quick setting panel on lockscreen

I want to disable quick setting panel when my phone is locked. So unless i unlock the phone can't turn off the internet connection. Is there anything i can do to make this happen ?

You can't fully disable qs on lockscreen

If i want to ensure phone can be turned off if the phone is unlocked can we do that?

But you can try other methods like ajipratama

Maybe you could try this method:
1. Go to settings
2. Lock screen
3. Security lock settings
4. Enter the lock screen password
5. Disable network and security locks
This could be what you mean.

I'm having the same issue on my A52S the flashlight keeps coming on while it's in my pocket and draining the battery. I couldn't work out how was happening. I realized after a little bit of playing with the phone I can pull down the quick menu while the screen is locked and turn on the flashlight. If there's a solution to this problem and anyone knows please let me know
