Open the Contacts app on your phone. Find the contact for which you want to insert a photo and tap on it to open their details. Tap on the "Edit" button, which should be a pencil icon located in the upper right corner of the screen. You should now be in edit mode for the contact. Tap on the circular icon in the center of the screen where the contact's photo should be. You will now be prompted to select a photo for the contact. You can either choose to take a new photo using your phone's camera or select an existing photo from your gallery. Once you have selected a photo, crop and adjust it as needed, and then tap on "Save" to set the photo as the contact's profile picture. Finally, tap on "Save" again to save the changes to the contact's details.
