While on a call and speakerphone is on , my s23 screen goes dark or fades. How can I keep the screen alive for the duration of the call when spekaer is activated? Isn't the proximity sensor supposed to detect if the phone is close to my head?
We need a "Keep screen on when on an active call" option. 10 Minutes?
I call a tech support or a government agency and am on hold for thirty to sixty five minutes.
AI comes on and says "Press 1 for that and 2 for another thing and so on. I double tap the screen over & over. By the time the screen wakes, AI decides I was gone and hangs up on me.

A Samsung tech I called today used the Smart Tutor App & installed the AOD+ app that was no help at all. I am not sure what else he did.
