How to play 4k 60fps hevc videos on pc?

What player can play these videos on the pc? Vlc can't do it, it can play non hevc videos and 30fps videos but not 60fps 4k hevc videos shot from my s20.

Get HEVC codec from Microsoft Store. It's $2-3 bucks I believe.
Where do you want to watch 4K videos? Youtube?

i want to watch videos on vlc player, currently 4k 60fps hevc ones are all scrambled in it

Make sure all drivers are up to date. Make sure software is also up to date. I have no issues playing 4k HEVC 60fps source content downscaled to 1080p monitor in VLC. Also can play in Power DVD with no issues. Just testing Note10+ UHD HEVC recorded videos and it plays fine as well as some Sony 4k 60fps hevc sample videos on my PC. Old i5-3750k CPU paired with GTX 1660 Super GPU.

Maybe try adjusting VLC settings and see.
