Instagram text size issue

The text on and only in Instagram seems to be multiple times larger than normal. I have went through my setting and nothing has changed.

Anyone else have the same issue?

I've been seeing lots of people who are finding issues with the recent updates to Instagram - So it may be an Instagram issue?

are you able to change the resolution on the s8+? I'm currently on the s10+ and I find that happens along with messenger when I change the resolution. these apps just don't scale with screen resolution :(
