Galaxy SHi Mahizhan, sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Please try wiping the cache partition on your device and see if that helps. If you wipe your cache partition, it removes any temporary files that may be causing issues with your device.
Turn off the unit > Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options) > Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition" > Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select. When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted > Press the Power button to reboot the unit.
It is possible that a third-party app is causing the issue. To figure out what app is acting funny, you can use the Safe mode feature. In Safe mode, your device will not run any third-party apps. This allows you to easily identify and remove the app that may be causing the problem.
Note: You can also enter Safe mode by opening the Power menu, touching and holding the Power off icon, and then tapping the Safe mode icon.
If nothing works, then as a last resort please perform back up and factory data reset on your device.

If the phone continues to restart randomly and all of the above steps didn't work for you, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated at the Samsung authorized service center.

Thank you.

Galaxy SThis sounds like an issue with an incompatible app.
Try Booting into Safe Mode & see if it happens again.
To Boot into Safe Mode:
See the attached link for the video of how to.
https://youtu.be/y13iR_AIWMM?si=BDcRvzlJJLP1daPm
Run the Phone in Safe Mode for the equivalent amount of time where you would normally see it Freeze/Reboot.
If it doesn't Freeze/Reboot in Safe Mode, that would confirm that it's an incompatible app.
You'll need to figure out which app.. there isn't a simple way to immediately identify it. Start with recently installed apps, and work your way back until the issue is hopefully resolved.
You could also try Booting into Recovery & Wipe Cache.
