Here we go again! Exactly two years ago, I faced the same frustrating experience with the S22U pre-order, dealing with constant delays. Despite hoping for improvement, I took the leap and preordered the S24U from Samsung Canada, opting for a common color this time to avoid any exclusive color-related excuses. To my dismay, it's been stuck at "Ready to ship" since the order date on January 17th, teasing me with a hollow promise of "Get it by 23/01/24 Express Shipping Delivery." With no shipping notification in sight, and the inevitable realization that it won't miraculously appear overnight post-shipping, it's disheartening to admit that Samsung Canada has once again shattered our trust. The emotions fluctuate between frustration and a deep sense of sadness, questioning my decision to place faith in them once more.

I was also part of the S22 Ultra fiasco and also tried again with the S24U.
My order slowly went from Order Placed to Ready to Ship today, when I ordered on unpacked day my confirmation email has always stated Delivery 25th, so I still hold out hope for currier pickup either tomorrow (Tuesday) or more than likely Wednesday for delivery on the 25th.
I'm not holding my breath after the diabolical service that Samsung Canada gave us in 2022. It's just a wait and see for the 25th.

same thing for me same phone. same delivery by date since 18jan. stock at ready to ship. hope i will get tomorrow. but no notification. no email since..

Oh gawwwd lol!! How can we forget the good ol throwback S22 ultra fiasco!!

My order is also in " ready to ship status". At this point, I'm not holding my breath for the anticipated Jan 23rd delivery date haha.

Should Samsung honor this date ? Absolutely 💯 💯! However, it's fair to state that the ability for Samsung Canada to fulfill any appropriate followup or provide any open updates to customers is usually nonexistent.

Will the s24u be delivered on January 23? Likely not , so I'm setting my expectations low haha.

Next week however, maybe a different story when i see the repeat of copy and paste moderator posts 😄 😆.

I wouldn’t mind if they put it like "Get it by 31 January". I do not understand this whole " by" thing and then not keeping their own words! 😑
