Yes, I got some moisture in my s. Pen port, and when I blew into it, water came out of the left side of the screen. I noticed when I sucked into it. It would whistle a little bit as well from the same spot. I seen one post about this. And another gentleman commented that his port wasn't airtight.Either .is this true with all s24 ultras?? Can some1 try seeing if theirs leaks air or moister?

Hi IeL1,

The S Pen for the Ultra and the device support an IP68 (can hold 1.5 m in depth for 30 minutes) rating of water resistance. A small amount of water won't cause any issues with charging or usage, but it is recommended that water be removed before using it.

If water entered the left side of the screen when blowing into the port, it might indicate an issue with the phone's internal sealing.

Avoid Blowing or Sucking on the Port: Blowing or sucking could push moisture deeper into the device, potentially causing internal damage. Let the port dry naturally, or use a gentle drying method (see below).

Dry the Device Safely: Place the phone in a dry, well-ventilated area. You can use silica gel packets or uncooked rice in a sealed bag to help absorb moisture. Avoid using compressed air or heat sources like hairdryers, as these might worsen the situation.

If you're concerned about potential damage, visit a Samsung Service Center. They can inspect the seals.

Thank you.
