Unfortunately one ui 7 beta isn't available in canada. The actual one ui 7 for flagship devices should come in February or later.

In Canada, you can add a month or 2 after US release. Canada has a very large land mass, so it takes much work to get it to every corner of Canada.

You can manually flash the global beta software but you won't receive any OTA update till you flash the one ui 7 stable whenever that gets released.
