Galaxy SI've never used any power savings settings, but if you're looking for a "sure fire" way to fix it.. Factory Reset should do the trick.
There's likely a few less time consuming ways to do it, ie: Reset Settings.

Galaxy SHi HungryDanny,
We are sad to hear that your'e experiencing this issue with your Samsung S23 Ultra. Please check and try the below steps to resolve the problem.
Boot your phone into Safe Mode to see if the issue persists. Safe Mode disables third-party apps, which could help determine if an app is causing the problem.
- To enter Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button, then tap and hold Power off until the Safe Mode option appears. Tap Safe Mode to confirm.
- If the issue doesn't occur in Safe Mode, it may be caused by a third-party app.
Check for Battery Optimization: Go to Settings > Apps > tap on the three dots in the top right corner > Special Access > Optimize battery usage. Check if any apps are set to optimize battery usage that might interfere with your settings.
If none of the above works, as adviced by RedDogRabbit consider backing up your data and performing a factory reset. This should be a last resort as it will erase all data on the device. Please back up your device before performing factory reset.

Galaxy SThanks for the tips, however I do not see the "Optimize battery usage" option.. could it be called something else by some chance?
I'm including a screen capture of all the options I have.

Galaxy SWhere / how do I find which apps have this battery optimize thing?
Is it in the Background Usage limits page or elsewhere?
