There have been posts on here using all devices including the S25 Ultra saying they are having battery issues with One UI 7.

Hopefully there will be an update coming soon to fix the problem.

Also try going to Settings, Battery and see if there any apps using excess amount of battery

Have you booted into recovery mode and wipe the cache. That is about all you can do till the update comes.

Yeah I just did the Reboot, we'll see if it helps .. Hopefully Samsung Android are aware of the issue and a new update comes soon and solve the problem. ( I thought it was just my phone ) Thanks

The new update fixed the unstable frame rates i was getting on some games and now it improved it from 25-45 to 60-120fps, crazy difference but it also made my phone heat up more often but it's worth it😂

Try completely removing Gemini and see if this helps your battery issue.   My battery has increased by 10-15 percent once I gave her and her children the boot.  AI requires a ton of battery power to run and to enable Google and their thousands of employees to be able to spy on everything you do on your device.  It takes a ton of battery power to send all of your info up to the mothership.

Hi giova7,

We are sorry to hear that your'e experiencing this issue after update. If you haven't tried yet, please try the below suggestions:

Review app activity. Go to Settings > Battery > Usage since last full charge to check if any apps are consuming more power than usual. Consider limiting background activity for those apps.

Put unused apps to sleep. Settings > Battery > Background usage limits > Enable Put unused apps to sleep.

Disable Always On Display and Location Services. If not essential, turning off Always On Display and GPS when not in use can help conserve battery.

Use Power Saving Mode. Settings > Battery > Power saving: You can customize this mode to suit your needs without losing full functionality.

Check for app updates. Make sure your apps are updated via the Galaxy Store and Play Store, as some may not be fully optimized for One UI 7 yet.

Wipe cache partition. Power off the device > Press and hold Volume Up + Power > In Recovery Mode, select Wipe cache partition (use volume keys to navigate and power button to select).
(No data will be lost.)

If the battery drain persists, please submit an error report through the Samsung Members app: Samsung Members > Support > Send feedback > Error reports > Battery.

We've also shared similar feedback with our team internally. We truly appreciate your patience and feedback. Our software team is actively monitoring community feedback, and we anticipate upcoming updates will further enhance overall performance and battery efficiency.

Thank you.

Hello, well my phone's battery performance was fine with all the settings I put in place until the latest update . I won't change any settings on my phone, however, I did the steps to do the Wipe cache partition and I'm monitoring the battery performance, hopefully Samsung team fix this issue soon.. Thank you for the suggestions.
