Hi! I have been a long user of android and samsung devices. My favorite serie is still the S9/s9+/note9. I got a s10 when it released & ditched it back to the note 9 since the finger print sensor didn't feel right and the multi window option got BROKEN / WORST with one ui 3 update. (I got the update after 6 months of good usage) the phone I used and loved wasn't the same anymore & even my muscle memory for brightness control got broken... so I switched back to the Note 9 for 2 more years.
I just bought a galaxy S23 Ultra, and its the same thing. Lost functions (sd card reader, 3.5mm jack, physical fast fingerprint sensor at the back) and now I notice the multi window never got fixed...
I have had & still have 2 notes 9, a s9+ and a s9. I shouldn't prefer those older phones to the new one, but I do, they're better phones! Please at least consider 2 things that were better on the "Note 9 OS" and can be fixed on the S10 and up: the real multi window, where you choose your top app and the botom app acts as a second phone. For real real-time multi tasking. Where you can chose in your recent app or directly on the home page instead of that broken multi window that acts as if the dual screen are different apps. You broke something here...
And 2nd: the camera switch animation. On the note 9 there is were no zoom animation and its way cleaner. I don't get how you never got options to switch back to that either. The zoom isn't smooth, even on the 2000$ S23 ultra. Please bring back the old "snap" no fuzz no animation between the lens choices...
Also, why can't the AOD be red anymore? Its all ugly pastel colors for the last 3 years or so. Before we had green blue red etc. Move vibrant colors & I never got any ghosting or burn in on my screens from that on 4 S9 serie phones that were in use nonstop until today...
Don't worry. Samsung values your feedback greatly and someone (off-shore ESL bot) from their company will forward your suggestions to the appropriate department (aka "trash bin") for serious consideration.
