listening to music without wifi

Is there a music app that I can use to listen to music via Bluetooth on my car store without using data? I realize you need wifi to download the songs to get them on my device I'm just looking for a no data player. 🙂 thanks!!

uh the standard Samsung music app ? load up you're phone with music from your pc it's a simple as drag and drop.
