Lock screen rotating

Hi, I had my sensors turned off and forgot, and my screen wasn't rotating so I turned on rotate home and lock screen and then realized my sensors were off. Fix my home screen from rotating but I cannot figure out how to stop my lock screen from rotating!! I've googled it and my accessibility options aren't what Google are saying... HELP!!

Yeah it's not through Accessibility. 

Find the Rotation QS Tile & Long Press on it. Next you'll see the options for Rotation. Toggle OFF, or On Rotation for the Lockscreen.
