So I don't know if anyone else has had this happen but once in awhile a music player with controls pops up on my lock screen (before you think of the most obvious answer, my music isn't already playing and I don't have music shortcuts etc) it's just a black screen with music controls on the bottom, I don't even know how I activate it!!??
That's when you plug your headphones into the phone. To turn it off to go the Music app, click 3dots in top right corner, click settings, turn off "music with screen off".
