Anybody else has had this issue where music playback will pause every few secs/mins when connected to any bluetooth device? In my case have tried with at least 2 speakers and tried 3 cellphones including mine (all samsung s series) and only mine had this issue. So far I've tried unpairing & pairing again, restarting my phone, checked for updates as well as resetting network settings and still have this problem, any suggestions?

Same for me. S10 phone. Started in the past month or so. And for all the replies,  it doesn't stop, the audio pauses for 2 to 3 seconds,  then resumes where it paused. Does it on all audio devices I've tested.

I went into bluetooth settings and advanced and have shut off sharing to Samsung Cloud to see if this makes a difference.

I was having this issue also, and ended up going into the music app that I was using and allowed the app to run in the background without battery restrictions.

Settings > Apps > (Music App) > Battery > Unrestricted

So far, this seems to have solved my issue. Seems like by trying to save battery life, it restricts some apps.

Hope this will help.

The same problem is happening with me i have tried unrestricted setting on the spotify settings also. Nothing works. Hoping this problem will be fixed in the next update.

Same issue: All streaming apps, battery optimization turned to unrestricted, background data (including in data saver) turned on, even tried making sure apps were set to appear on top. Also went into Media Output app only accessible by clicking 'Media Output' in the notification shade, then clicking the gear button, finally clicking the 'i' button which brings you to the Android app settings, switched to unrestricted and allow background data with appear on top enabled, still no luck. The ONLY solution is to have the device connected to power (wired or wireless) and it won't pause ever, so this does seem to be samsung related (of course cleared cache and completely Uninstalled all apps the same): Please fix, Samsung, my phone isn't always connected to power listening to Bluetooth, jfc

I have the same issue for quite some time now. It started happening after some update.

I also disabled every power saving feature possible and it still happens, that music playback will stop after some minutes. Most of the time about 10 seconds into a new song.

Happens on my S22 Ultra, every speaker I connect to (bluetooth box, radio, car, headphones) and always when I am not on power. As soon as I connect the phone to power, it will not happen anymore.

The app itself doesn't matter. Spotify, Youtube Music, ...

Help is really appreciated, because this is extremely annoying!

Thanks

Dear Samsung support,

Please provide a solution. The issue remains.

Thanks.
