Has anyone else had issues with the new patch not doing anything? I've tried getting help from support but they don't offer much support. Pretty much telling me I need to send my phone to them . Any suggestions?

If it works, it'd be a lot easier than visiting a Samsung Service Centre.

Yea I definitely don't have a service center anywhere close to me. I appreciate your help. Like I said I'll try the update cache clears and restart after this backup. Currently stuck on 99.6 percent

The cache and data clear with restart didn't work. It always just says resume update. I can't find a way to say cancel it then re try.

Yeah I didn't think that Wiping Cache was going to work. 

If you have a Smart Switch backup, and you can't find someone with a computer, then Factory Reset is really the only option.

Clearing Cache and Data for the 2 system update apps should have cleared the stalled update.. but.

I really appreciate your help. Samsung service was useless honestly. Pretty much just wanted me to pay for them to do it. Which honestly doesn't surprise me .
