No sound through hearing aids when having a video call

Hello

I have ReSound Enzo Q hearing aids, connected to Samsung S21 Ultra (with Direct Android Streaming) with android 12.
When having an ordinary call, or streaming media, the sound comes from the hearing aid,
(but not when having a video call in any app, that the sound in this case comes from the phone).
May I ask if there is a solution for such a problem?

Hi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. It is normal for any social media apps like Whatsapp, Instagram, etc. However, you will get sound from the phone.
