I get complaints from my callers when I am on a call that they can hear the background noise more than they can hear me. I use the Samsung S21 ultra and it happens especially when I'm using my headset of esrbuds. I was positive there was a way to adjust this before but it is no longer available. I'm hoping this can be added on a future update. This would be a spectacular function.

I use Jabra Elite Active Earbuds, and no complaints from the people I'm speaking with.

I don't know if there's a noise cancelling /  hear through feature on your headset / buds, but if there is, try it?

Anecdotal evidence isn't very reliable, noise cancelling and transparency aren't remotely the same, headsets and earbuds are completely different; how are you an expert again?1702691319404.jpg1702691319439.jpg1702691378008.jpg1702691378005.jpg

That depends on which earbuds you're using and also what calling app as well. Can you also provide OneUI and Android versions your phone has? I'm not getting those problems but I have A34 5G and I use ANC headphones, so obviously my case is different.

I'm using Sony earbuds WF-C700N. I don't see any noise isolation for the caller. There is noise canceling for me, though, to drown out background noise on my end. I believe the A34 have the capability to block background noise for the caller. I am using the normal phone app. I believe someone told me the Jabra Elite Active is a good earbud too. This is the third earbuds I have purchased. This is clear as you can get for sound but the background noise for the caller is high.

hello, Bluetooth buds typically have very poor microphone quality. You can confirm this by pairing the buds to another phone to see if your voice calls are any better. Your buds have to heavily compress the audio and then send it to your device via Bluetooth low energy. If you want better mic qualify, use the phone itself or use wired headset.
