Hey
Anyone else having issues with receiving calls or texts? My kid calls me or texts me and i don't get it...
He says it goes straight to voicemail or if i restart my phone all of a sudden I'll see texted messages when my phone restarts??? Anyone?
Thanks

It's POSSIBLE that it could be a Network or Carrier issue - It's POSSIBLE that it could be a SIM card issue - But - Is this a recent issue or has it been happening for some time?

Have you changed any of the Settings on your device in the past month?
You could try going to Settings - Apps - Three Dot Menu Top Right - Show System Apps - Scroll down to Call - Click on it - Storage - Clear Cache & Data for Call app - Reboot & see if the problem is resolved?

Well - If it's not the Network (seems unlikely given the amount of time) & it's not the SIM card (You can always ask for a replacement - Then the only other things that I can think of are:

a) Boot into Recovery and Wipe Cache & see if it's resolved 🤞
b) Boot into Recovery & Factory Reset (Backup your device with Smart Switch BEFORE you Factory Reset!

To Wipe Cache:

Power Off your device - Press & Hold Power + Bixby +Volume UP until you feel the phone vibrate - Release ALL Three buttons - Wait until you see the Recovery Menu - Use the Volume button to Scroll down to - Wipe Cache - Select it with the Power button - Wait a few seconds until you see the Recovery Menu default to - Reboot & Select with the Power button.

To Factory Reset:

Press & Hold Power + Bixby + Volume UP until you feel the phone vibrate - Release ALL Three buttons - Wait until you see the Recovery Menu & This time - Use the Volume button to Scroll down Factory Reset - Select Factory Reset with the Power button - Wait a few seconds until you see the Recovery Menu default back to Reboot - Wait until the phone finishes the Boot & Your phone will be as it was when you first got it - You will have to enter your passwords & log into your accounts as if your device was new - You can Restore your apps & Settings with Smart Switch
