Hi.

My galaxy note 10 (SM-N970F/DS) says my Phone is rooted, when i run Samsung Pass, but it is not. Knox Warranty is 0x0000.

I can't run Samsung Health and OTA updates can't register.

I tried flash a several official roms, but it did not help. Anyone some ideas, what can help me?

Thank you.

Use Samsung Switch for PC and enter your S/N in factory reset option in the application

There is no device initialization option in smart switch already.

That's weird. Check in About Phone & Status Information, does it say "official"?

I HAVE seen it happen where a phone has actually been rooted, but it didn't break Knox.

Since your phone is an Exynos version, it is possible to Root it with conventional methods, & Knox MIGHT have been fooled?

You can use Samsung Health on a rooted phone by editing the build.prop, but Samsung Pay is toast & your only option is to use Google Pay.

You could take the phone to a Samsung Service center & they should be able to fix it?

But it is weird.

You're not wrong. The "F" model is the international Exynos phone. U & U1 are the US phones & W is the Canadian phone.

Hi KaDail, Could you please let us know the place of purchase of your mobile device. I suggest you to download a root checker app to determine if superuser access is configured.

Hi, Please note that the Samsung pass is a country-specific application. As we have information only about Canadian models, I suggest you please reach out to Samsung Support Slovakia by using the link below.
