Need some technical advice. I no longer get notification icons regarding text, email, or WhatsApp. On my lock screen. On Galaxy s22 ultra. I used to get an envelope icon or a WhatsApp icon, now no icons appear when messages received. Any advice?
Here's how to get the notifications: 1) Go into settings 2) Tap more 3) Tap the toggle switch beside the apps that you want notifications from. The toggle should turn blue and then you will get notifications on your lock screen. I have done this on my S21 Ultra and it works perfectly.
