Hi. I recently updated the security patch to October and with it came the camera update. Been loving it until one day I found that my IM apps are not giving me any notification after screen off.
First I thought the battery optimization preferences was reset. I manually flipped every switch again(they were at the state where they should be when I opened the settings but I thought I'd make sure) with no change in behavior. Then I found out Spotify won't play the next song in the radio when I'm in the car driving. Further testing (downloading files using chrome and turning screen on/off) shows that apps (no matter foreground or background) are not getting network(no matter mobile or Wi-Fi) after I turned off the screen. Is there any settings I left unchecked? If not, what solutions do I have at this stage?
