Maybe it was the quick mention of voodoo magic but finally...it's official... my order will be here before noon on Monday.

Also, in case anyone is interested...just 15 minutes before my shipping email came, I got a response (after requesting to speak to a manager) from a Samsung Customer Experience Rep who believe it or not, helped to ease a little frustration in regards to my order status.
Did they give me a definitive answer about when when id receive my order?? Nahhhh..of couse not..but they gave me enough info to know that my order was in the warehouse & had really been preparing for dispatch over the past 9 days.
By then end of our exchange, i was content to wait a little longer & I was given a 2nd $50 voucher to use on Samsung.ca. 

This is what i was told..
If you pre-ordered & you're in preparing dispatch status...rest assured, it's in the warehouse & it won't be too much longer until you get your tracking info. 
They're catching up due to...you guessed it..."their overwhelming success of their new product launch"...lol..
They admittedly didn't realize there would be so many pre-orders & simply didnt have enough product available from the very beginning. They couldn't fill orders without having the product to fill them with so they've been working hard to get it caught up ever since & are finally coming close to wrapping up the pre-orders.

I didn't ask for it. They just gave it to me. Ive emailed 5 times, attempted live chat just as many only to wait hours & be disconnected by the agent even when i was watching the line right down to my turn. Ive messaged through facebook, twitter, posted on here & reddit & BBB. Ive never got a response aside from the Samsung mods here on members one time & all they told me was exactly what they were telling everyone else so after yesterdays live chat issue, i finally asked for a manager/ supervisor.
It shouldn't be as hard as it is to get an honest & clear update on our specific orders. Especially when we pre-ordered & have been asking for weeks.
I honestly think they only gave me the extra $50 so id **bleep**.

lol glad it’s happening for you but it’sthe same garbage I heard and then finally cancelled and so did everyone else. That’s the issue. Samsung should have better managed it. DO NOT OPEN to the public until all pre orders are fulfilled but $$ talks!! Now they are enjoying the “overwhelming “ success!! 

in my opinion it’s poor execution of logistics chain and prior to tjay inventory management and at the customer end of it the goofy uneducated scripted responses everyone is handing out! Yea not their fault but there is a thing called brain!! 

Anyhow, have fun on Monday and call in sick lol

 the phone deserves much attention after being held in a box for that long LMAO

Totally agree. All of the preorders shouldve been filled before anything else went out to the public & them talking about their overwhelming success was a slap in the face to all of us who pre-ordered & still had no phones & no idea when we'd receive them & couldnt get any straight answers. Afterall, we were the ones who kicked off their "overwhelming success". Glad they're happy but why not show some appreciation by providing us with a simple update on our order statuses?

While i was waiting on live chat yesterday i went to the mall & had reserved a black s22u 256gb with a friend that works at cell phone store because I was canceling my blue 512gb if I didn't get my tracking info by Friday night. I'm glad it worked out at the very last minute because I really didn't want to settle on black.
I'm just glad this almost over & done with.
I'll never pre-order through Samsung again after this. It's not worth the frustration.

Yup! Me neither. Scamsung shall not be attributing their overwhelming success to my sales going forward! My watch is still stuck in dispatch but I am too tired to call and cancel. So let’s see!!

They definitely made a lot of promises to companies they couldn't fulfill unless they had some extra cash. This was done by snagging the pre-order money for 40 days lmao.

I was and am in the same boat as you mine is due Monday before noon. 🙂But I have not recieved a second voucher🙁. Best of luck to all that are still waiting!

I think i only got the 2nd voucher because i was super frustrated with customer service ignoring me so i started taking screenshots of them blowing me off by disconnecting my chats as soon as it was my turn in line after waiting 5 hours twice in a row. That & I think I had 4 or 5 unanswered emails & 2 Facebook messenger chats that they said they'd reply to & never did. After I sent all of that in & asked for a manager & got a response within a few hours.

Mostly though, I think I was just annoying the 💩 out of them & they didn't want to listen to me anymore lol 🤷‍♀️
