One UI 5/android 13 release update

Samsung Canada customer care just confirmed to me that because Samsung sends out the updates in batches that we will only get the update in mid to end of November. 

The guy didn't want to really answer my question, but has said the next update should be released the "3rd week of this month" "while some devices have already received it", s22 ultras had an update recently and due to that we have to wait longer.

They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT send OTAs out in "batches" lm*ao 😂

Whomever you spoke with is clueless! 

Once any OTA is released, it is released for EVERYONE at the same time. 

Oh and, yeah NO DEVICE in Canada has received it yet. 

Clueless Samsung Support!.. 🙄 

Same people who were "promising" that Canada was "definitely" getting the Betas a few years ago...

Yeah it's not your fault. You SHOULD be able to trust what Samsung's Support says, but seriously, they don't know what they are talking about.

They are almost certainly not even in North America, never mind Canada.
