One UI 7 beta

How can i install one UI 7 Beta, without any 3rd party stuff.

I am in Canada and i checked Samsung Members App for the Update but there isnt nothing.

If someone has any idea that can help me to get there.

You can't install the One UI V7.0 Beta without using your computer & some other apps. 

Betas are not available in Canada.

you just can't because Canada wasn't in list of Beta program. You have to either side load(which you must need a computer and side load will delete all you data) or, wating for the official release.. I know this *** but there is nothing you can do about this...
